About Fall Creek Village I
Our apartments are safe, affordable, and designed for comfortable, independent living. We welcome applications from older adults and mobility-impaired individuals who meet the general eligibility criteria below.
General eligibility
- 62 years of age or older, or mobility impaired
- Household income below HUD income limits
- Able to demonstrate ability to abide by the terms of the lease
- Able to pass credit, criminal, and landlord history screening (if applicable)
- Ability to pay relevant utilities
